Payment

We accept [Visa, Mastercard, American Express]. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available at checkout.

You pay in pounds sterling. Your bank sets the exchange rate if you pay from another currency.

UK delivery

We post to England, Scotland and Wales.

We dispatch your order within 2–3 working days and send you tracking by email the moment it leaves us.

International delivery

HairLoupe ships worldwide. Costs and delivery times depend on your country and are shown at checkout before you pay.

One thing to know before you order. Consultation packages are available worldwide. The UK Complete Package includes a blood test arranged with our partner laboratory, so we can offer it in England, Scotland and Wales only.

Delivery zones

Delivery is charged at a fixed rate per country, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay us.

Customs and import duty

Orders sent outside the UK may attract import duty or local taxes. Your country sets these, not us, and they are not included in the price you pay here. Your carrier will contact you if anything is due before delivery.

If your country is not listed

We ship worldwide. Outside our standard zones shipping is priced individually: place your order and we’ll email you a quote before taking any payment. Nothing is charged until you approve it. Questions — info@hairloupe.com for a personalised shipping quote.

Checkout is on hold for countries outside the rate list, so nothing is charged until we agree a price with you.
